How much do you charge per session?
We charge a flat rate of £4.50 per hour and just half the rate for half an hour £2.25
How does the FREE TRIAL work?
You get 2 hours to utilise in any of our 3 main subjects. You can choose not to continue after that with no obligation.
Do you have customer service?
Of course! Our friendly admin department is usually responsive to queries between Saturday to Thursday (1pm-10pm). Feel free to drop us an email to [email protected] at any time and we will respond back once its been received and reviewed.
What if i can’t make the scheduled time?
Just let us know 24hours before and we can reschedule it with no extra charge. If were notified less than 24hours you will be charged just for the price of the lesson.
How do we communicate during our lessons?
We use Zoom for our online learning sessions. They are very stabile and have screen sharing options so we will both be able to see what each is writing and following from (zoom.us/download).
What are you opening hours?
We are open 7 days a week from 10am – 10pm (GMT)
Do I need to contact you before the session to let you I’m ready?
No, your tutor will be ready for the session at the time of the schedule and will contact you through Skype or Zoom. Just make sure your at your computer or device to pick up. If your late a few minutes its ok, but please try not to be. Your tutor will wait up to 20 minutes of your session time for you, after 20 mins they will have to leave as they will be getting themselves ready for the next student session, unfortunately you will lose and be charged for the whole lesson.
How do i make payments?
Making payments is easy! we have joined up with Stripe, one of the best payment gateways around, to help our customers make payments with ease and peace of mind. Its very easy to use and is very secure. Once you register your card details its encrypted in the stripe database, what that means is no one is able to see it, that means not us or anyone else!
How do I keep track of my progress?
Once your signed up with us, you will gain access to your own personal account through our management system. Through your account you can view a number of different things, one of which is your progress so far, giving you an indication of how well your doing.
What if I choose not to continue, is there any cancellation fees?
No, we don’t charge any cancellation fees and you can choose to leave whenever you like.
What if I am not comfortable with my teacher?
Thats not a problem, we can change your teacher for one of our many other teachers in our academy, and once you are conformable with them, they will take over your lessons with you.
If i buy a bundle package and dont use all of the hours, can they be carried over to the following month?
I am afraid not, the purpose of our bundle packages is to give discounts to our students that use a set amount of hours each month, as they are committed with us, we wanted to give them a discount on the hours they use during the month, for that reason they can’t be carried over.
